Women in Business
A special edition led by Karizma to support Moroccan women entrepreneurs in digitalising, structuring and growing their business with Odoo. A complete support programme, offered free of charge by our teams.
A commitment to women’s leadership in Moroccan tech
Each edition of Women in Business selects one or two entrepreneurs for a complete journey, at a time when digital proficiency has become a key success factor. The programme is designed around real needs: from implementing management tools to building digital skills, with a direct and lasting impact on the performance of every supported venture.
Our goal: to provide a genuine growth lever through hands-on, human support tailored to each venture.
This commitment is built to last, alongside our other knowledge-sharing initiatives — including Karizma Academy — and reflects the values upheld by Karizma Group since 2013.
What the initiative offers participants
- A personalised digital assessment of the venture
- Free implementation of the Odoo modules essential to the business

The journey runs over several weeks, alternating masterclasses, workshops, mentoring sessions and networking events.

- Be available to take part in programme activities, online or in person
- Be comfortable sharing your journey (portraits, interviews)
